Great restaurant options and clean rooms were the best aspects of the stay. The location was also convenient and within walking distance of main attractions. The breakfast was also adequate for the price.

The staff was not welcoming and seemed irritated by simple requests. The minibar was barely stocked, and the air conditioning was not working properly.

Superb! Hotel situated in the centre near to the river. Large, clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms and bathroom. Very friendly, helpfull, personable and well-mannered staff (recepcionists, restaurant crew, porters, cleaners and parking watcher). Nice and inviting restaurant. Fantastic - unbelieveable cuisine - fresh, savoury, well-looking and nice dished up meals. We had a really good time (and cured of the border-crossing shock:))

We had a great stay in this hotel! The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a spa area that we booked privately. We also enjoyed the great location of this hotel. It's in the heart of downtown, right next to a pedestrian bridge and close to historical places. Plus, it's next to a beautiful river and bridge, which added a nice touch. The breakfast was also fantastic and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Hotel is located in core citi centre next to the main river and central shopping streets, restairants and discoteque. Very good value for money. We have been very satisfied with the staff and faciliti as such. I can recomend this hotel. Safe parking behind the hotel as good benefit for car travelers.

The hotel is modern, clean and has an excellent restaurant with a variety of Ukrainian and European dishes. The location next to the pedestrian bridge in the heart of the city is convenient and easy to find. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The TV channels are limited in English and there is no pay TV. The minibar is not well-equipped and there is a fee for breakfast and parking.

I like the rooms and the cuisine.

The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean with modern finishes. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing their guests with excellent service. The gym is well-equipped, and the hotel offers additional facilities such as an outdoor café and clothing shop.

One aspect that could be improved is the limited selection of food at the breakfast buffet, although there seem to be other breakfast options available.
